This template also gives a place for a sample reference image for each selection. This is great for estimating to be able to quickly see all products going into the project on one page.

The "Pricing Calculator" template helps you collect the cost of parts, tax, shipping, and overhead. If your client wants a product with several different options affecting price, track each iteration here by inputting the first option and copying the tab for the variations. Do they change their mind later? You'll still have all pricing combinations with this handy digital "paper" trail.

The "Furniture Schedule Tracker is great for collecting selections and estimating costs at the same time. This template gives you a place for a product reference picture, brand, item numbers, product details, pricing, shipping, and finally a place to track each item once ordered.
Input your cost for each item and at the bottom, you can calculate tax, your upcharge, all combined shipping costs from various vendors, and any additional fees. Hide the columns showing your trade pricing and now you have a self-updating running list of selections and pricing to share with your client.
